OBO olive green loveseat in Denton, TX

I have a cute olive green love seat for sale. The fabric is like a soft suede/velvet material which seems to be nearly indestructible. It would be great for a college house or apartment. Its in good condition as it was under a slipcover for most of the time that I had it. There are two small dime sized areas of damage but they are really not very noticeable. One is on the very top and the other is on a seam, you could sew it up easily I just haven't. Also I have a cat, and although there is no cat related damage to the loveseat (under a slipcover) I know some people are allergic to just the idea of a cat being in the same room. I really love this loveseat and I am only getting rid of it because I changed my decor. Willing to negotiate, I would like for it to go to a good home.
