Sublease for June and July in Denton, TX

The rent is $569 first of the month. Have electricity bill that is $30 per person budget. All bills included such as water and internet and fully furnished. Must pay me $125 for sublease fee because I already paid the sublease fee of $250.It is an all male apartment 4x4 unit. You must be local from dallas/ftworth and denton(To meet with the office managers in person and pay with card is a $2 charge)
